Jerry’s second custom guitar from Doug Irwin, used from 1979 to 1995. He instructed Doug to make it as he thought best and not to hold back. The result is a complex and heavy piece with several layers of dense wood laminated together (called a “hippie sandwich”), weighing 13.5 pounds!
